Update

Wow. It's been a while. I'd really like to get this thing back up and running as a journal. We'll see how long it lasts this time. I DO want to keep this last month in print.

Jan. 18 - Got a positive sign on a pregnancy test.
Jan. 20 - Turned 30
Feb. 2 - Put our house on the market
Feb. 8 - Accepted an offer on our house
Also, went to the OB/GYN for a first sono/appointment. Date calculations put us at 9 weeks. The sonogram measurements were only 6 weeks. This raised some red flags. We were told that it was probably fine, but that it could be a pregnancy that wouldn't make it. They ran some extra tests and scheduled a follow-up for 2 weeks later.
Feb. 19 - Put an offer on a new house
Feb. 22 - Went for follow-up appointment with OB/GYN. Still measured 6 weeks, and no more heartbeat. Scheduled at D&C for the following Monday. That evening, miscarried on my own. Cancelled D&C.
Mar. 5 - Started bleeding and didn't stop. OB/GYN sent us to the ER. After ultrasound determined that my body was still miscarrying but having trouble, scheduled D&C again for following morning.
Found out that the buyer for our house is being transferred to Georgia, and contract was cancelled.
Mar. 6 - Went in for D&C. Came home to a dog that struggled walking. Put house back on market.
Mar. 7 - Took dog to vet for observation - continued to get worse. Very rough night.
Mar. 8 - Put dog to sleep. Husband leaves for Indianapolis for half of Spring Break.

And that's where we are.
